As a front-line leader in an outpatient clinic or hospital unit, you will be responsible for all aspects of the centers operation-including superior-quality patient care, physician relations, teammate leadership and financial results. As such, your ability to coach and mentor your clinical team will be critical.

• Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in related area preferred
