As an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner you will have significant experience in representing domestic and multi-national corporate & individual clients in resolving complex and commercial disputes at state & federal court in any of the following areas: business torts, securities, antitrust, real estate, intellectual property (patents, trademarks), employment, bankruptcy, partnership and corporate control etc.Many of the firms litigation matters involve international and cross-border elements and many of the firms litigators on matters in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and the Americas. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Commercial Litigation Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience in the court room and ideally have trial experience (presenting to juries, judges & arbitrators) in New York and/or other states.A successful track record in the court room, superior writing and deposition experience are essential.You will currently have a minimum of $500K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can grow your book.An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and respectful mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.You will be admitted to the NY bar.
