A market-leading New York City Architectural Millwork company is currently seeking an Engineering Manager.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success designing a wide range of millwork products and mentoring others in a custom-production environment focusing on large-scale commercial projects. An extensive background in the millwork industry and a strong “hands-on” leadership capacity are desirable traits in a candidate.

Strong conceptual knowledge and an ability to communicate with other departments effectively are crucial to this position. The appropriate candidate will have room for growth and the ability to strongly impact on the direction of the organization going forward.
