As an experienced Environmental Partner you will have significant experience in representing clients with regulatory compliance, enforcement and transaction-related needs at both state & federal level.You will work with regulators and agencies in the formation and implementation of regulations and policy. As an environmental lawyer you will possess knowledge of one or many environmental matters arising under an array of federal programs and their state equivalents, including the federal Clean Air Act, Superfund, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act programs.You will have a depth of experience in environmental defense matters as well as internal investigations and criminal grand jury proceedings. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Environmental Partner at another law firm and possess significant experience and intimate knowledge of intricate compliance and regulatory problems; defended clients at trial and environmental matters that may affect domestic and international clients.If a litigator you will be comfortable in the court room and ideally have trial experience (presenting to juries, judges & arbitrators) in New York and/or other states.You will currently have a minimum of $500K in realized portable business and be looking for an environment & platform where you can grow your book.An individual with an entrepreneurial approach, supportive and respectful mindset looking to add value and be part of a stable and growing firm where you can have a tangible influence will do well here.You will be admitted to the NY bar.
