You will be a Mid to Senior Level Commercial Litigation Associate with between 5 - 10 years experience.Because the firms clients range from the established and mature to the new and growing, they focus their counsel on the unique needs of each client. The Firm is experienced in distinguishing among the varying client requirements at different stages of development and are focused on providing advice that is not only legally correct, but also a practical solution for the client issue at hand.You will be equipped to handle complex corporate transactions and in representing complex financial/corporate institutions both domestically and internationally.There is an entrepreneurial spirit throughout the work environment and a refreshing directness in their approach which is both honest and unqiue.All staff here are guided by an abiding respect for professional excellence and collegiality while emerging as an active, innovative and progressive law firm team member. Who we are looking for :
You must be NY Bar & JD Qualified.You will possess between 5 - 10 years experience in Commercial Litigation, ideally at a big US or International law firm and be looking for a more intimate environment that can provide highly quality work/expertise with greater responsibility on cases.If you have a combination of experience working with a Top 100 law firm and a mid-sized environment you will also be considered.You must have experience working on major commercial matters, possess a winning personality and have the inherent desire to build a practice whilst not afraid to get your hands dirty.
