THE POSITION


 


We are in search of a Business Development Manager for North America.  This person will report directly to the Global Sales Director, TEM and COO, America, with the objective of generating new business with Global 1000 companies headquartered in North America.


 


 


 


Responsibilities


 


-Generating premium client contacts and sales leads


 


-Organizing, producing and conducting pitches and presentations


 


-Working with marketing to generate appropriate new leads and ensuring all sales outputs are on message


 


-Generating revenue from new clients to achieve predetermined sales targets


 


-Attending networking and industry events and creating a network of influential and high-profile contacts in line with the company business objectives


 


-Speaking at industry events


 


-Reviewing and contributing to tender responses and proposals


 


-Monitoring the activity of US-based competitors.


 


 


 


Compensation


 


An extremely competitive base salary of $100K+, depending on experience.  Commission and/or bonus structure, in addition to excellent benefits, make this a highly desirable position.


 


This position is based from a virtual office.
