We are assisting this Non Profit in their search for a Planned Giving Counsel/Development Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for: Meeting with and guiding the philanthropic efforts of major donors Utilizing an existing database of donors as well as sourcing new donors through your own development activities Seeing donors through the development lifecycle from inception to gift planning and receipt/use of funds Draft/review charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, pooled income fund trusts, charitable gift annuities, pledge agreements, endowment agreements Provide legal and tax information to donors and their advisors Who we are looking for :
The proper candidate will have: Ten or more years in a non-profit organization JD and experience with estate planning law An existing network of non-profit contacts Excellent presentation and communication skills. Whats on offer :
