As a Senior Real Estate Partner with at least 10 years experience you will find yourself working with some of the best Real Estate lawyers in the market and with a firm that is consistently regarded as one of the top firms in the US in Real Estate.This is a highly unique opportunity for the right individual who will be give the opportunity to both head up and build the firms legal practice in Los Angeles.You will have established a reputation for your creative approach to structuring and closing complex real estate legal transactions; have worked for institutions seeking to invest in real estate through an LLC, partnership, mezzanine indebtedness or other structures; and/or developed strong expertise in working out troubled or insolvent real estate transactions.You will get the opportunity to work on some of the most complex real estate matters domestically and internationally. Who we are looking for :
You will be a Senior Real Estate Partner with at least 10 years experience ideally from a large law firm and with a strog reputation in completing complex real estate transactions.You may also be leading a Real Estate practice and have some experience in developing an office of another law firm. You may also be looking to bring other members of a Group with you to establish a strong practice more immediately.You will possess broad expertise in areas of commercial real estate transactions.You will be admitted to the California Bar.You will have a portable book of business of at least $1 Million + and be looking to further grow your book/client base.
