Description

New York’s most powerful high-end real estate/investment conglomerate seeks degree 7 + yrs supervisory diversified real estate accounting and finance experience (Yardi, BJ Murray or MRI system a must; residential experience also a must).  Responsible for all accounting, reporting and analytical functions.  Coordinate business/strategic planning, forecasting and budget analysis as well as cash management functions.  Liaise with acquisition/legal team.  Prepare all necessary investor and lender reporting.  Review purchasing of property activity and act as lead contact with outside auditors.  Communicate with mortgage lenders.  Effectively coordinate the processing of leases, rent roles and revenues.  Interface with CEO, CFO and Board of Directors.
