Our client is a mid-sized US Law Firm with a great reputation for their strength in representing domestic clients in all areas of commercial matters and business-related transactions. Job description :
As a Securities Litigation Partner you will be experienced in representing major corporations and individual defendants in complex securities class action work and any litigation that revolves around corporate control & corporate finance transactions.You will regularly represent clients before FINRA, the SEC, CFTC, FERC and other self-regulatory organizations.Your litigation experience will encompass obtaining outstanding results for clients, including cutting edge arguments on dispositive jurisdictional motions. You will have worked extensively with a number of the leading damage experts in the field and developed the background to address any number of complex damage modeling and causation issues. Who we are looking for :
You will be an experienced Partner working in the Commercial or Business Litigation practice and focusing on securities matters at another law firm.You will have extensive litigation experience, solid client contact with regulators and 1st chaired at trial. You will ideally have a portable book of business above $1.5Million.You will be admitted to practice in New York. Whats on offer :
