A great opportunity has arisen to join this team as a Senior Human Resource generalist. The key function of this role is to provide a full range of HR service support though development, advancement and execution of HR strategic objectives to key business leaders within the firm. Key responsibilities include: Provide direct guidance to Senior Executive, Business Unit Heads and teams on all aspects of workforce management and change including organization design, role design, workforce planning, talent management, leadership development employee development and enablement. Reinforce new and emerging change agenda for business/ client group by implementing the most effective HR initiatives. Advise Senior Business leaders on potential HR contributions, solutions, implications and risks. Ensure employee development through support of integrated leadership programs. Provide guidance and development of compensation- related programs for individual business units and employee segments. Who we are looking for :
The candidate will hold a bachelors degree with at least 5 years experience in Human Resources with a Fortune 500 company (Capital Markets background preferred). Ability to work under pressure at multiple levels of HR strategy and implementation within the financial service industry. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. This HR expert must possess the ability to influence and have an impact on key decisions. Whats on offer :
