                                      V.P. IT Risk – Operations and Systems


                                                        200K – 250K+


We seek a proven and established Sr. IT Risk Manager capable of developing and maintaining Risk/Regulatory/Compliance standards, Methodologies, Polices and Procedures for this major financial multi-national to help mitigate Corporate and Market Risk across its major LOB’s.


Should have a thorough background in Credit Risk within Insurance (P&C) Risk and Corporate Markets Risk utilizing modeling tools to measure/predict catastrophic loss, etc., software tools to measure operational and markets/credit risk (i.e., Sungard, Algorithmics, Femat, etc.) and extensive “hands-on” expertise within Applications and Infrastructure Security, Data Management and Data Quality.


We require extensive experience within Enterprise-wide Security, Risk Assessment, Project Management and Business Continuity, heavily focused on Service Delivery to facilitate Business Initiatives.  Regulatory (Domestic and/or International) experience a plus.


Must have a proven management background capable of administering to both domestic and offshore resources ( ± 50), budget and planning capabilities and have exceptional stakeholder collaborative partnering/interface skills.  Will have duel reporting responsibility to head of Corporate Systems and Sr. Risk Officer.


Will create key Risk Indicators (KRI’s) for overall risk management, develop security metrics and develop guidelines for Stakeholder organizations including Organizational Factors, Policies and Processes, Entitlements, Detection and Traditional Methods.
