The Role:


 


Seeking a new VP of Nursing to provide the overall vision and strategy for product development, marketing and product positioning for the Nursing suite of services. This is a high-visibility, integral leadership position in an expanding business with Kaplan.


 


Key Challenges



  • Continue to grow core business while developing and launching new products

  • Maintain profile and increase visibility

  • Review organizational structure to improve operational efficiency and product design


 


 


 


The Ideal Candidate


 


Seeking a Vice President of Nursing who brings a mix of experience, talent, style and values that will enable him/her to succeed in a complex and diverse environment and who are sought out as an expert to provide advice or solutions in this high profile area.  An ideal candidate will also bring the following professional experience and personal qualities to this important role:


 



  • PHD in Nursing is required

  • 3+ years experience in a business setting

  • Demonstrated success in product management  

  • Ability to plan and deliver oral and written communications that make an impact and persuade their intended audiences

  • Ability to look for and seize profitable business opportunities; willingness to take calculated risks to achieve business goals.
