Regenesis Biomedical is privately held corporation which sells proprietary wound care products including the Provant therapy system under contract to the Veterans Administration.   Regenesis has seen double digit sales growth over the past 4 years.  Benefits include health care, dental, vision, disability, vacation, covered travel expenses, stock options and a 401K plan.


 


 


 


The Position


 


 


 


Territory is Veterans Administration Service Network 3, covering the New York City Metro area.  Regenesis Biomedical Sales Managers are responsible for increasing sales through effective territory management and sales execution targeting the administrators, clinicians and patients located in VA Medical Centers, VA Outpatient Clinics and VA Home Care Patients supported by Regenesis’ Federal Supply Services (FSS) contract.  


 


 


 


Responsibilities


 


 


 







  • maximizing sales and ROI





  • analyzing market dynamics to ensure that every opportunity to meet/exceed sales goals is maximized





  • utilizing available resources to drive sales with key customers





  • developing and implementing territory strategies





  • continually educating self on latest information related to wound management, treatment and the changing business environment





  • understanding and providing detailed market dynamics and potential approaches in developing strategies and tactics to the Regional Sales Director





  • developing and executing initiatives to capitalize on opportunities and to leverage strengths to expand business and increase sales





  • tracking performance and providing reports to Regional Sales Director regarding assigned territory to include but not limited to: forecasts, proposals, and business plans, allowing management to plan effectively for the current and/or following year





  • supporting other corporate programs as requested





  • as additional public and private payer contracts are developed, responsibilities may be expanded to provide sales and customer service to these administrators, clinicians and patients, as well. 






 


 


 


Key Competencies


 


 


 


Minimal overnight travel is anticipated.  Candidates must have road warrior and technical B2B sales experience.  Medical device sales experience in the territory is preferred.  Candidates with pure Pharma sales experience will not be considered.  Candidates should have excellent leadership skills, project management capabilities, strong communication skills, good analytical and conceptual abilities, and team orientation.
