A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join this growing organization as teh VP of Human Resources. The key function of this role is to oversee all company HR functions including recruiting, trainng, succession planning, retention, compensation and overall strategy around talent. Reporting directly to the CEO, key responsibilities include: Developing a comprehensive, integrated talent strategy for the entire company with metrics to measure success Developing an employee value proposition and communication strategy to attract top talent and retain key high performers Developing a training strategy and an onboarding program Oversee employee relations and enhance and integrate a structured succession planning program Developing retention strategies Working closely with the senior leadership team Who we are looking for :
The successful incumbent will have at least 10 years of demonstrated, progressive HR experience with a strong focus on talent development. You will need to have strong experience in an entrepreneurial, fast paced environment. Excellent communication skills are a must. Experience from a high end, luxury brand company is highly desirable and you must have experience of working ina multi-site environment. Whats on offer :
