GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
We are currently seeking a VP, Sales-North America who will be responsible for trading system sales in North America. This position will report directly to the SVP, Global Sales and will be based in NY, NY.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Administration:
- Manage Sales Team performance against Monthly and Quarterly
- Reports and analyzes sales results.
- Provide original analysis of sales results
Territory Development:
- Negotiate commercial terms on behalf of the company with sophisticated customer base
- Develop and manage Account Planning/Review Process
- Maintain and further develop corporate relationships within account base
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Required:
- Proven track record managing remote sales teams
- Experience of managing C-level relationships
- Experience and knowledge of the financial sector
- Managing high performance sales teams
- Managing pan US sales organizations
- Technical Sales
- Solution selling
- Excellent communication skills
- 10+ years of experience
Preferred:
- International experience
- Tenure in a similar position
- Experience managing organizational change
- Experience in financial services
- Good relationships with IPCs customer base
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelors Degree
